kiriya reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by kiriya may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

You may be required to submit copies of valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.
All financial transactions on the kiriya Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). kiriya supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:
Deposits are generally credited to your kiriya account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. kiriya is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or technical issues outside kiriya's control.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. kiriya aims to process verified withdrawal requests within two (2) to five (5) business days, depending on the payment method selected. kiriya reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable legal obligations.
You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. kiriya reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used on the Platform.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your kiriya account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at kiriya's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kiriya Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

By using the kiriya Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
kiriya implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and kiriya cannot guarantee absolute security.
kiriya may share your personal data with PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, financial institutions, and other regulatory bodies where required by law or where necessary to prevent fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kiriya, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the kiriya Platform, including but not limited to:
kiriya's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kiriya account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude kiriya's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
kiriya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination of your account for cause, kiriya reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
You may close your kiriya account at any time by contacting kiriya's support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the kiriya Platform, you should first contact kiriya's customer support team at [email protected]. kiriya will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aims to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
If you are not satisfied with kiriya's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels. kiriya will cooperate fully with any investigation conducted by PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory authority.
In the event of a dispute regarding a specific game outcome, kiriya's server logs and game records shall constitute the primary evidence of the game's outcome. kiriya's determination of the correct game outcome, based on its server records, shall be final and binding, subject to any contrary finding by PAGCOR following a formal investigation.
kiriya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kiriya will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the kiriya Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the kiriya Platform, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 13.
